The spring is almost here, finally is time to spend more time outside, and make more plans with family and friends which means wearing more skirts and dresses. Therefore, I wanted to create a spring-style guide for Petite women to inspire them and help with outfits this season.
I have written a lot of spring fashion articles about fashion essentials and finds, but never my own outfits like today. I created five outfits out of spring fashion staples, as well as adding a few trending pieces and clothing. Some of the spring Petite looks include jeans and denim, some outfits include leather but others are very feminine and girly. Therefore, any Petite woman will find an outfit for her! Finally, as always, I included shoppable Petite-friendly fashion finds.

Spring Outfits for Petites
Style your mom jeans for spring
Mom jeans are one of the most flattering and comfortable jeans styles. The jeans are stylish but classy and a staple of spring. Therefore, I am still searching for my perfect mom jeans.
The most stylish and classy way to style mom jeans is with pumps or elegant booties. However, for an edgy touch, I decided to add my new leather jacket. The jacket I got reminds me a little bit of a leather blazer. Last but not least, add any fitted tee or long-sleeve top if it is cold.
Leather leggings is a Petite staple
One of my favourite Autumn to Spring fashion essentials is leather leggings. Style the leather leggings with oversized sweaters or long button-up tops. As I have started my new job with kids, I try to dress stylish but comfortable (leather leggings is something I wear a lot and already ripped one). Therefore, I finally decided to get Spanx leather leggings and see if they are very Petite-friendly.
You can wear the leather leggings with a white button-up shirt for a more elegant look. However, the light blue looks just as good (but more stylish), and specifically great with a trench coat. Finally, I like to finish my outfit with a trench coat and white sneakers.
Floral dresses for spring time
Spring cannot pass by without wearing a floral dress. I have a few and I had to wear my newest flower dress addition for this spring style guide. You can create different fun vibes with a floral dress- rocky with leather leggings and combat boots, classy with a blazer or trench coat.
However, my favourite outfit gives a girl next door vibe: denim jacket and flats (or you can choose sneakers).
Skinny jeans is an essential
Do not listen to people who say skinny jeans are not trending. They are not trending because skinny jeans are on the basic list for any woman! Skinny jeans look flattering on any body and make legs visually longer.
However, I like to make skinny jeans look elegant and classy. Therefore, I add a tweed jacket (or blazer) and my favourite ankle boots (use code VKRISTINE at Vivaia). Underneath the jacket, you can wear any fitted T-shirt or long-sleeve top.
Trendy spring fashion outfit
In 2025, spring outfits for Petites have to include a pleated mini skirt. The pleated mini skirt is still trending and I chose the gorgeous burgundy skirt.
Layer the skirt up with a white shirt and sweater (with the burgundy, I chose a black sweater). Last but not least, add knee-high boots or over-the-knee boots. This is the perfect date night outfit!
