The Ultimate guide to spring fashion trends! However, if usually, I usually write down about movements of the year, but this time I decided to write about the spring fashion trends of 2021. Simply because I typically write more season-based trend articles further in the year anyway!
Another great news is that as last year I started my Rewardstyle blogger journey, I can give you more information about where to shop for trends. Therefore, I will add to each trend one luxury product and other affordable option that I have found. To shop for trends, simply click on photos!

Classy trench
A classy trench is in style from year to year. However, this year it is not as dull and elegant as you can imagine! This year’s runway trenches are with different belt options, slits, drop-waist, and other trendy and stylish details. You could see trenches from high-end brands like Prada, Louis Vuitton, Victoria Beckham, and more on Runways.
Button-down XL shirts
It is time to organize your husband’s closet and steal some button-down shirts. In 2021 we ain’t need no sister; we need a man- for his button-down shirts. Incredibly trendy to wear shirts very long, and wide and not only in white or stripe patterns but also in fun colours. Cinch in the waist with some belt and wear as a dress!
Runways stars this year were Michael Kors, Valentino, Balenciaga, and Coach.
Cinch in the waist
Talking cinching in the waist is one of the spring fashion trends. I have always loved to accentuate the waist, and in my opinion, no matter what weight you have, you will always look good with a cinched-in waist. This year is about waist belts and creating the shape (I already know my dress). Therefore, I am linking some belts and waist bags to cinch that waist of yours.
In 2021 we see some cinched in Chanel, Prada, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, and Chloe.
Petals in bold colours
In spring we can blossom together with spring flowers dressed in flower and petal patterns! This year, do not be afraid of petal and flower-patterned dresses in bold colours.
You can choose one from Tom Ford or Valentino!
Colorful coats with patterns
If a classy trench is not your vibe, then choose some of the colourful coats. Trendy coats come in all the bold patterns- stripes, patchwork, and checks. The year 2021 is all about your personality and boldness that you can bring outside into your outfit!
Runway queens of 2021 are Prada, D&G, Burberry, or Dior!
Windbreaker and athletic style
I think some trends are just the results of 2020. We all wore a lot more joggers and athletic style and way fewer dresses. Jeffree Star, with his Gucci jersey track jacket, will be the trend this year. However, so will be the windbreaker jackets- in all shapes and forms (cropped, oversize, classy, and colorful).
The best windbreakers come from Burberry, Prada, Givenchy.
Khakis
Khaki is not my tone nor my style but if it is yours- go for it! Pair khaki blouses with denim or dress your t-shirts in classy khaki pants (with cinched-in waist, obviously).
On the runway, khaki was shining from Tory Burch, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, and Valentino.
Tie-dye
I am so happy that tie-dye is staying in the trend! Last year I started the trend pretty late in the year; therefore, I am pleased to still shine this year with my purchases. Get yours from Tom Ford or Dior.
Shop my merch tie-dye and support small businesses.
Bold shoulder
A big and bold shoulder trend is not my vibe (I have bold shoulders naturally). However, if you have a tiny body or shoulder part, you can accent them with 80’s styled puff or square shoulders.
Runway puffs came from Loewe, Moschino, Balmain.
Net designs
It seems like this year we can organize closets for the whole family- husband and also granny crochet treasures. Net designs are one of the spring fashion trends of 2021! It is not really to cover you or keep you warm, more meant for the eyesight!
Burberry, Hermes, and Fendi offer very trendy net fashion items.
Oversized jeans
If you do not have a husband to get your shirt from, find a boyfriend to steal his jeans! That is right, boyfriend jeans and any oversized jeans are back in style.
Shop yours from Balenciaga, Victoria Beckham, Chloe, Dior, Celine, and Valentino.
Pastels
You have no idea how happy I am to see that pastels are in style. I have always loved pastels, especially in pink, blue, and lilac. On Pinterest, I have a unique board that is all pastel-toned fashion; you can look at it here! Pastels are cheerful colors but at the same time looks elegant and classy! Look at some pastels from Tod’s, Chloe, Max Mara, Armani, Versace, or Chanel.
I have decided that my next merch launch is going to be inspired by all pastels!
