I will be honest, I do not have mine yet (but I also do not have any New Year plans). However, I found a few cute dresses, skirts, and even a jumpsuit for your magic moment! Sequin dress (or any item) is made out of reflective bits of metals sewn into dresses, skirts, sweaters, jumpsuits, and more.

I would say that sequin dresses leave their caves together with Michael Bubble every winter holiday season. However, sequin dresses became popular in the late 1960s and continued to be in trend in the 1970s and early 1980s.
How do you take care of sequin dresses?
Never iron a sequin dress. However, you are allowed to steam sequin dresses carefully from the wrong side. Some sequin dresses are hand or machine washable, but others are dry clean only. Always follow the label and instructions of the dress. You can easily remove simple stains by adding the sequin item in lukewarm water and a mild laundry soap mixture. Let it soak for about five minutes.
If you need to alter or take in sequin items (dress, skirt, etc.), it is possible. However, be sure that the tailor is experienced enough and has worked with sequins before!
What sequin dresses are the best for Petites?
The best sequin dresses are the ones that end above the knee lengthening your body. However, if you chose a midi or maxi dress/ skirt, I suggest choosing a dress with a slit and V-neck line. These details are going to visually lengthen your legs, and make you look taller.
How to wear a sequin dress as a Petite woman?
Sequin dress looks great with faux fur mid-length coats. Choose over the knee boots with a pointy toe, if you wear a mini dress. No matter what footwear you wear, pointy toes will make your legs look longer, as well as if the shoe will be in nude tones or the same tone as the dress!

The cowl neck dress has a very deep decollete. I chose the dress for its beautiful Burgundy color, but I see that it is selling out very quickly. However, last I checked the dress is still available in black for all sizes. The midi dress has a small slit on the back.

The sequin mini dress has a fun colouring- gold with purple and nude. Therefore, I chose the dress because it is really fun! The dress has long sleeves, and a small slit on the side, which makes a lengthening effect on the legs.

The sequin skater dress is one of my favourites of them all. Mostly because of the shiny rose gold tone (my favorite). However, also for the flattering flare sleeves. I have learned that flare sleeves look very chic and luxurious. Last but not least, the deep V-neck line. Finally, one of the most stunning of all sequin party outfits.

The Jaded rose dress is something softer, more down to Earth. I would say that the dress is perfect as a wedding guest dress, or for a work party as it does not have too low necklines and look more elegant!

The perfect little sequin black dress does exist! I love the simple and minimalistic look of the dress- perfect for a date night or party at the club ( do not remember how it is- going to clubs). It is a sleeveless dress- so you need to see it for yourself! I know that for me sleeveless dresses are a no-go!

There is something special and exciting about the dress. I think it is because of the big sequins, which are way larger than they normally are! The dress looks made out of mirrors! Sequins give very luxurious vibes, the dress is a little oversize. Therefore you can eat as much as you want and still look fantastic! Last but not least, the sequin dress has a deep neckline!

I needed to think a while on how to describe this gorgeous dress. Let’s start with the beautiful emerald green color and silver sequins. Because of the mixed material, the dress looks softer and cozier than other sequin dresses. I would even say that this sequin dress would look great on Christmas as well! Starting with the deep V-neck line and ruched detail, it is perfect for any petite this holiday season.
Kym Sequin fit and flare cocktail dress
Who is as obsessed with rose gold as I am? It is so 2015 when all the fashion YouTubers were only wearing rose gold jewelry. The Nordstrom dress has a T-shirt top and a skater skirt design. It makes the dress look more casual while still having a flirty and feminine vibe. I would buy the dress if I would go to a home party or work party.
Jaded Rose blue T-shirt dress
The Jaded Rose dress is the coziest dress of them all. You can dress it up or dress it down. Simple t-shirt type of dress in a beautiful blue color. However, the back is more fun as it has a deep V-cut giving the dress a more flattering look. This is my favourite look of all the sequin party outfits because I would style it with some sneakers!

I should not be as excited about a bright pink sequin mini skirt as I am. However, the skirt is my Britney Spears, and Barbie dreams coming true! If you have a 2000s theme then you must have the skirt. I also see many ways to wear the skirt: white fuzzy or knitted sweater, T-shirt with know and over the knee boots. Choose the crop top as well and make a matching set! Most Barbie-like of all the sequin party outfits.

If you are not sure that sequins are for you, this is an amazing way how to start. The sweater is versatile and a basic winter piece- you can style it with any dress, skirt, leggings, or jeans. Finally, the sweater is the most wearable of all sequin party outfits.

The crop top is one part of the skirt set I mentioned before. You can only get the top to wear with a skirt or jeans, or you can get only a skirt and style as I suggested before!
