There are interesting products travelling around Instagram, and some become very popular without creating a lot of faith in it. That is where I come in and try these products, telling you about them and honestly stating my opinion (Remember, these are not sponsored, sometimes I get free product which I already used- so I have no interest in lying to my readers).
Update on Choco drink: Some months ago I wrote a blog post about choco drink for healthy hair. Well, their Instagram page showed mostly girls after hairdresser stating that is the job of drink (the drink was tasty though and seemed to help for nails more than hair); also after I did review I had not so good experience with them as being professional and responsive on my e-mails. And if they are rude and ignorant to bloggers, then what about casual customers?
This time I had chance to try out Gummy bears one month for free. Packaging says these gummy bears help for hair, skin and nails. How did it went and what I think? Keep reading!

Ingredients
Vegetarian. gluten, soy and gelatin free.
Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B-12, Biotin, Iodine, Zinc, Choline, Inositol.
Biotin helps with the health of your scalp by producing fatty acids which in turn helps the health of your hair. When you take biotin, you are also helping to support your hair’s keratin, making your hair stronger. Keratin is what your hair, skin, and nails are made of. Taking biotin with other B vitamins will create a powerful combination to help combat hair loss. Biotin when combined with B helps to reduce the chances of acne or breakouts in the skin.
Zinc is a vital mineral for healthy hair, skin and nails. Zinc is an essential mineral necessary for cellular metabolism, immune function, and wound healing. Research shows zinc can help heal skin lesions, like in the treatment of breakouts, psoriasis, and dermatitis. Including zinc in your diet can help prevent lifeless locks, hair loss and can maintain healthy skin and nails.
Folic Acid aids with tissue growth, and cell reproduction. It plays a major role with skin, hair, and nails. Folic acid works with other vitamins to help create, breakdown, and use proteins. Studies have been performed stating that folic acid seems effective in treating alopecia, or hair loss.
Vitamin A is a powerful vitamin which helps promote blood’s oxygen circulation. Increased oxygen circulation to the scalp helps to feed your scalp the vital nutrients your hair needs for longer and stronger hair. It can reduce flaking, shedding, hair fall and restores suppleness. It is also an effective antioxidant: it can improve collagen production and plump skin.
Vitamin B-6 and B-12 helps turn food into energy, assisting with red blood cell production, bringing oxygen to your scalp.
Vitamin C is a strong anti-oxidant believed to improve the ability of the body to absorb important nutrients. A study found in the Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology references the use of Vitamin C to improve hair growth. This antioxidant combats free-radicals, free-radicals can cause hair loss over time. All successful hair care formulas contain Vitamin C due.
Vitamin E can increase the amount of vitamins available in the blood stream. This allows the growing components of hair and nails to absorb more of what they need. Also helps with fine lines and wrinkles on your skin. Like Vitamin A, this vitamin helps to bring enough oxygen to your scalp. This rich antioxidant also acts as a safeguard against damage to your hair follicles. When taken in combination with Vitamin C, your hair can improve its strength and elasticity.
Pantothenic Acid (calcium D) Maintaining proper levels of pantothenic acid can strengthen your hair follicles and their cells. This vitamin contributes to the nourishment of hair follicles. Pantothenic acid can also help relieve the skin itching and flaking associated with dandruff and other similar disorders.
Iodine stimulates cellular function resulting in the regeneration of the lower layers of these cells. Iodine encourages smooth skin, hair colour, and strong nails.
Choline improves efficiency of cell signalling and nerve impulse transmission, fat transport and metabolism, and more. It supports the function of inositol, which in turn boosts the efficiency of B complex vitamins.
Inositol is the last vitamin that is important for healthy hair. Inositol is, unofficially, grouped into the Vitamin B group of vitamins. It’s certainly not a commonly known vitamin. Inositol aids in the health of cell membranes, is usually paired with choline as this combination forms phospholipids, or lipids that promote hair growth. Even by itself inositol can work on the growth of stronger hair. The human body produces inositol naturally, but it is possible to increase its levels through the intake of supplements.

My experience and opinion
I used VITBEARS vitamins for only one month, I feel that is not enough to see a big changes (I have used before normal vitamins, B or C and really do not see huge differences in one month time).
First of, my idea of vitamins consumption, be sure you do not have some health issues or problems if you are facing skin or hair problems because then you should be going to doctor than drinking vitamins. Also, life advice would be to change your diet and add natural vitamins in your diet (vegetables, fish, fruits), and not use the bottle vitamins for the whole life.
VITBEARS has cute packaging, that is true, I feel like many small brands now create “Instagrammable” products to sell easier. That is the new generation. I am still interested in what is inside than the outside. Price is high to pay only for cute photos and packaging, is the price good for VITBEARS? Well I would pay 15 EUR, maybe up to 20 Eur if I see huge difference, everything above is pretty expensive for me. But you tell me, what do you think about the price? They do have discount codes and offers pretty often so you can get the VITBEARS with 20% discount many times.
I really like the idea of chewable and tasty gummy bears rather than swallow pills. I also noticed that this way I do not forget to take a pill (gummy bear), then what I do with normal pill. So easy, just keeping on vanity and taking it whenever I see, no water needed, no disgusting taste or swallowing.
For the last year, I have had big problems with dry hair/ skin and my hair falling out a lot (especially during washing). I am sure it happens due to stress and changes I have had during the last year. After month of using VITBEARS, I took a shower and noticed that after brushing and washing hair I have 2 or 3x less fall out hair which I was seriously impressed about because even hairdresser always states that I have a lot of hair loss each time she sees me and I should use vitamins (last time she did not mention this). For my dry hair (really huge problem I am fighting with for over a year), I did not see a lot of difference, still dry and still flaking (but I would not expect changes after one month and only).
What comes for nails, I had already strong and good nails since I used the choco drink. Skin– not seeing too much of changes but I also travelled a lot during this last month and flying always give me breakouts (but also my skin has not been a lot worse- just normal).
Conclusion
I would be interested to try vitamins for 1-2 months more to better valuate VITBEARS and test it out a bit more to see if there are bigger changes to my hair or skin. I definitely like the easy use of gummy bears and was very impressive to see so little fall outs from my hair after last times of showering. The question is- if it is worth the money and price it has? I guess depends on how desperate you are for vitamins, your budget and if in 3 month time there would be a drastic changes in your skin and hair. Good price for me would be, as I mentioned before, 15-20 EUR. I do like the ingredients inside of it and all the vitamins, I think it is a very good vitamin complex and better version of vitamins then the usual bottled vitamins from pharmacy are.
