Glam but first coffeeI am a real dreamer and traveller. I have always wanted to travel and see new places and expand my mind. Especially now when I have blog, Youtube channel and my Instagram where I post photos not only about products and fashion but also travel. I even like to do travel photos and spend a lot of time editing those photos and searching about the best photo spots in cities and so on!
We all should have a bucket list and goals, this is my travel bucket list! Not only a bucket list but my thoughts- why it is worth visiting and what is the reason behind it! Take a trip around the world with me! Let’s start!
New York
I am not a huge city fan, and traffic, skyscraper and all the craziness fan but I do believe that everyone should see New York at least once in a lifetime to experience that craziness and colorful experience it holds. Obviously as a blogger I want to go there for cheesy Time square photos and shopping but I would also love to visit National museum, monumentum for victims of 11th September and just walk around the famous squares and Central park to catch the vibe. I do not want to live in city so big but I enjoy visiting them and feeling the crazy vibe!
New York reminds me also of all my favourite movies- the cheesy romantic movies, Home Alone, Die Hard and so many others. New York is one of the most iconic cities in the United States that I would love to see even though it is not the most original one.
California
Sun, palm trees and beach- what else do we need? For good vacation we do not need a lot more right? I would definitely hope to see some celebrities there and Shane Dawson or Jeffree Star in his pink- everything! They are more stars for me than actors or musicians are. I cannot think of any I would want to see or meet in life but Jeffree Star and Shane- YES!
But California is another part of the United States which is so iconic. Even Youtube and Instagram stars move there to have more possibilities to grow and collaborate with other icons. I imagine the Hollywood boulevard, luxurious shopping streets and so many what comes with it!
Canada
Canada is something unknown. Unknown which I know good for their hockey stars and the hate for America (this one is more as a joke and sarcasm). At the same time, Canada feels so fascinating and would love to visit Niagara and Toronto (and maybe Quebec to listen to people speak French and see if their French is so different from the modern French in France, as my university told me).
I also have some relatives living in Canada, so that makes me want to visit this beautiful country and their nature a lot. I have heard that nature, trees, and rivers look similar to in my country Latvia and does not have a feeling like being thousands of kilometers away from Europe. (Canada reminds me of the famous Christmas Santa Claus movie).
Australia and New Zeeland
Is there someone in the world who do not want to visit this side of the world? I doubt that! I want to see koalas and kangaroos running in the wild and visit Sydney. Australia is just very different than any country in Europe and different than the United States.
I do not even know what is there to visit and see in New Zealand, I just know it is all about beautiful islands and nature and I would love to hike around New Zealand. Have you been to New Zealand or Australia- suggest the places to see!
Japan
Japan is like being on different planet- culture shock, that cute Japanese houses and not even to mention Japan cherry trees that I would love to do photoshoot with. Japan is one of the countries that me and my boyfriend would love to see.
Again, in these crazy populated places like Japan I just want to get further away from cities and pollution and see what nature can give and offer us.
Greece
I have always wanted to go to Greece. I am obsessed with culture, history and architecture pieces and Athens is one of the places I want to go for the history lesson in real life. After having few days in Athens and a lot of walking, I would not mind to visit Cretes or some smaller island for some sunbathing and glass of tropical cocktail- definitely a life goal for me!
I remember re-watching movie Mama Mia (the first part) usually only because of the views, beach and beautiful houses we can see in the movie of the island in Greece. I heard that the island had a lot of tourists visiting only because of the movie!
Milan
Oh, Milan my Milan! Milan I would love to visit once in my lifetime for few reason. Once, I would love to walk around the city, feel the vibes and watch people around it (sounds creepy, but in cities I like to see how people live and act and what the vibe and environment is). Of course we cannot miss the famous Duomo di Milan cathedral- pictures of it are just wonderful and I definitely want to make some myself as well.
Milan is also fashion city, pretty expensive so I would not want to spend too much of my time in the city (I do not like to support unreasonable prices and cities). But I do like to visit all the fashion and beauty capitals like Paris, Milan, Rome and New York- I must see myself these cities and go shopping in such an iconic places.
Iceland
Iceland is one of the rare Northern countries and islands that I would love to visit once in my lifetime. Usually I am more of a Southern life and islands and beaches but Iceland has different kind of vibe and beauty. As we all know then Northern countries which has more rainy days have very beautiful nature (very green and blooming because of it).
i cannot stop watching photos of Iceland, nature there seems like from another world. Not only the green nature and forests but also all the waterfalls, lagoons and everything which makes me speechless. Iceland is also being called as one of the most peaceful country of the world. If I am not wrong, it is one of the rare countries which does not have an army (correct me if I am wrong). Good for them! Visiting Iceland is not easy, is very expensive, that is why I know plenty of people who have a dream visit this beautiful country but have never done it yet!
