Guide to the best NA-KD BTY cruelty-free makeup review. Usually, we know Na-kd as being a fashion brand. However, today I bring you NA-KD BTY cruelty-free makeup review. If you are the first one on my blog since 2021 we are only writing and supporting cruelty-free beauty! However, today we are going to dive deeper into the review of NA-KD makeup, I will give you the full review, as well as swatches and what I suggest to buy from the collection that I tried!

What is NA-KD?
NA-KD is more known as being a fashion brand located in Sweden. The brand was founded by Swedish entrepreneur Jarno Vanhatapio in 2015. However, today I am going to introduce you to their beauty collection. The makeup collection was a surprise for me and surprised me.
Is NA-KD cruelty-free?
NA-KD BTY collection is cruelty-free- they do not test on animals, they do not send their products to countries where it is required by law. I also wanted to mention that Na-kd committed that by the year 2025, all the garments will be made of 100% more sustainable materials.

NA-KD plumping lip gloss

I ordered NA-KD plumping lip gloss In red because I was curious to see if it works. The lip gloss had the tinkling feeling but did not give any plumping. However, I like the lip gloss for the shade and the result. When I ordered the lip gloss, I wanted the tone to be very natural to the lip tone but make them a bit darker red. The color is what I was expecting. I am also happy that the NA-KD lip gloss is not too sticky.

Let me know in a comment down below if you use lip pencils or not. I used to think that lip pencils are a waste of money. However, I like using lip pencils, it gives a bolder and neater look. I have had a bad experience with lip liners and pencils being too hard or too soft. The lip pencil of NA-KD beauty is a good pencil for the price- not too hard nor soft. I ordered in color beige as beige is the most versatile tone for a lip pencil!
NA-KD Volume and curl mascara

NA-KD beauty offers different types of mascara. You can choose mascara according to your needs- if you need more length, volume, or curl. I do not like lengthening mascaras because many times they make my lashes straight and weird. Therefore, I chose the curl and volume mascara because I like my lashes thick and curled. The mascara did not let me down, I noticed my lashes being more curled and thicker. If you are into the dramatic but still natural look, this is for you! The effect is more natural, but you can notice the difference.
NA-KD baked blush

NA-KD BTY cruelty-free makeup review would not be a review without a good blush. Baked blushes are my favorite type of blushes, especially for the Fall season. Therefore, I decided to take a risk and try the baked blush in tone PINK. The blush did not disappoint me. Baked blush gives the perfect natural and dewy-looking cheeks. I am serious when I say that this is my new favorite blush for the Fall and winter season.
NA-KD highlight & contour kit

When I made the order, I wanted to make the most out of it. Therefore, I ordered the highlight and contour kit in brown to review more products. However, I like these small makeup kits because they are perfect for traveling, and I travel a lot. I like that the contour kid by NA-KD has one highlighter that would look great on darker skin tones, and the other one is a perfect champagne tone that is great for pale queens like I am! The bronzer has a little bit of residue, is pigmented, and is easy to blend. However, the highlighter was very blinding!
NA-KD bronze eyeshadow palette

I ordered the eyeshadow palette in brown mostly because I noticed the beautiful champagne tone in the palette. Champagne tones are great to use on the inner corner, under the brow, or on the lid as a base tone for everyday looks. I have also found it to be difficult to find beautiful, pigmented Champagne shimmer tones. Unfortunately, shimmer and sparkle tones in this palette are not very pigmented and do not transform well on my eyelid. All the matte shades are beautiful and great. However, the champagne tone made me disappointed. For the champagne color, I will use the highlighter from the contour kit!
Conclusion
I am positively surprised about the cruelty-free and vegan makeup from NA-KD. If my friend would ask me if it is worth the money, I would say yes and suggest it to my friends. The products I was happy with the most were the lip gloss because of the beautiful and natural tone, the baked blush, and mascara (those are products I would purchase for my own money). The eyeshadow was good, but I was hunting for the perfect champagne tone, therefore a bit of disappointment for me. In general, Na-kd has potential in the beauty category, even the packaging is beautiful! I also like how BTY by NA-KD gives the natural, dewy look, which is my favorite.
