Blood sugar palette was one of the first products that got sold out extremely fast, made Jeffree and the world shook and made Jeffree Star become relevant and he continues since that being relevant, iconic Star that many try to get down and away from the way but he stands strong and stronger over anything that jealous people throw at him.
Jeffree star palettes and lip products are famous for their quality, pigmentation, high- luxurious- unique packaging and vegan, cruelty-free products.
Blood Sugar palette
First off, about Blood Sugar palette and how it all started. Blood Sugar palette came out one year ago and was a big hit and explosion for Jeffree Star cosmetics.
The unique red packaging with the metalic clasps like old wooden suitcases was just something no one ever did before. Jeffree is known of investing a lot in the product, not only quality but presentation and the packaging, being unique and creative but at the same time leaving the same prices and normal price for the quality and perfection that his products give us. Blood Sugar palette is retailed for $52.
Blood Sugar palette consists from 18 beautiful eyeshadows and pressed-pigments, which most of, as the name kind of states, are in the bloody, red and violet shade range with few nude, natural and transition shades included in order to create a full look using this Blood Sugar palette. Blood Sugar palette is serving three formulas: matte, metallic and foil. Have you noticed how big the mirror in the palette is? It is actual vanity mirror- so useful for when you travel or are on your way!
The palette has been sold out ever since, Jeffree all the time stock up some more palettes but ever since the palette came out it has been sold out- at least on the website.

Blue Blood palette
Now, in the year of 2019, Jeffree Star coming out with his new palette. Now listen up and write down the date in your notebooks, because 29th of March is the day when the new palette is going to be released and I predict that will be sold out in the first seconds or minutes.
The packaging of Blue Blood palette is similar as the Blood Sugar palette has, with metallic clasps to open it up, and the same kind of chunky box. Blue Blood palette reminds me more of a diamond shaped treasure box in baby blue color… or a coffin. And knowing Jeffree Star, It might actually be his inspiration. (Did I just give him a new idea? Will I at least get his PR for giving the idea? Share this in twitter, FB etc. and tag him to send me PR! xoxo ME, asking for attention.)
The palette again includes 18 beautiful eyeshadows. As the name of palette says already, they are mostly blue color inspired shades with some more natural, down to earth shades to be able to actually create entire look with the palette. Some shades are very peachy ones, and some are green to add a nice, interesting touch to the palette. Jeffree Star palettes are pretty colourful but making even natural makeup fans to buy his palettes because they are so beautiful and very good combine natural with bold and colourful shades! I am natural and nude makeup look fan myself but I always dream to have all Jeffree Star palettes one day.
I did not mention about how original, unique and iconic names of the shades are (are you a nerd of makeup shade names? I will honestly buy a product if it has a cute name on it!). Looking at the names I noticed that one is named “cremated”. As well as Jeffree is so iconic and so into perfection that eyeshadows are not pressed in by only his logo- a star, but few eyeshadows are pressed in with different symbols, like diamond, crown… or a coffin (was I right about his inspiration from coffins?).
P.S. Just wanted to let you know, I am watching Jeffree Star revealing video and he really mentions that this was inspired by a coffin, I guess I know him too good. I like when my blog posts take a magic turn, haha.

The whole Blue Blood collection
We already talked about Jeffree thinking about every little detail to create his palettes until perfection but we did not talk about the fact that he creates the whole collection being inspired by the main item- palette.
If you are a merch lover, then you will be happy about the fact that Jeffree came out with blue tracksuit- in baby blue and royal blue and baseball cap (originally he had it in only pink and red). Jeffree also listens to his followers and customers and as many said that pink is too much for them, or do not wear pink- he decided to use this collection to create new merch and new colors.
Then comes the mini liquid lip squad. Jeffree Star has been known as well for the great quality and color range liquid lipsticks which many beauty gurus use on their lids as eyeliners or eyeshadows because the liquid lipsticks are vegan and safe to use around the face. These liquid minis are arranged in beautiful, blue, wooden inspired box. The shades in collection are from white to all kind of blues. The shade named “drag lord” is white as white it can be and is a must have because you can use it as a lipstick, as liner or for a cut crease.
Other shades are all kind of blue, from baby blue to royal blue and even violet and grey, so these shades are for very brave beauty queens or someone who loves to use his collection lipsticks as eyeliners or eyeshadows.
Liquid highlighters come next. I feel like I am still stranger when it comes to liquid highlighters. I think they are amazing if you know how to use them good but can be a big mess for a begginer. Also I am kind of into products which are easy and fast to use!
The highlighters are in different shades. The first one is in peachy gold- “Ice cream bling”. The second shade is in beautiful baby mermaid blue (can someone tell me what color did I just describe?), and is named “frostitude”. Next shade is more for medium to dark skin tones and is in deeper blue called “Blue balls” (Jeffree with the names, right?). The next shade is called “Michigan ice” which Jeffree described as silver, icy, baby blue color. The fifth and last shade is called “Expensive”, in color gold with some blue and gold glitter. All of these shades made me think and re-thing my preferences for highlights.
Last but not least, the famous and “yummy” Jeffree Star cosmetics lip scrubs. I am real fan when it comes to lip scrubs. I think it is an important part of the routine and makeup in general. Velour lip scrub is in sky blue shade, called “Blue freeze”. The second scrub is called “Vanilla mint”. Formula is edible as some people rub the lips with scrub and swallow it, so do not be afraid of that, I would not thought suggest to use this as of a meal. Third flavour sounds the most delicious one, “Blueberry pie”. Who else remembers of their granny and childhood in this moment?
To finish the collection up, what would be Jeffree without his iconic STAR mirror, and Jeffree created blue mirror to fit his new collection. As well as Jeffree always come out with new makeup bags, which can fit a ton of makeup. This time is not exception, he came out with baby blue color makeup bag.

I always see Jeffree Star travelling around the USA or UK visiting his fans, stores and meeting up with people, as well as doing some special meet ups together with LipstickNick (his makeup artist).
Now is the time for Jeffree to finally come to Europe as well (Brussels, Amsterdam, Prague, Bucharest and Madrid! (Will Shane be with him? xoxo) Anyways check the dates and cities here.
