I wanted to talk with you about how to look beautiful naturally. That being said, without any makeup. A very easy and simple daily steps and routine that most of them do not cost anything, only motivation and will. Some of the steps I am going to mention, I struggle with myself.

It is not easy in this modern and busy life to follow all of these and always be on point. However, you can be more conscious of some of your decisions in life and change them for healthier activities. As a result receiving a happier life, bigger smile, and glowing not only on your face but in your heart.

Have a balanced diet

People misunderstand what diet it. Diet is any plan and eating routine that a person eats. It could be Burger King every day, or only salads. Whatever it is, it is called a diet. For glow and healthy skin, a balanced diet is important. With that being said, to eat often greens, fruits, get all the vitamins your body needs. It does not mean you cannot eat pizza one day if you want to. A balanced diet is all about the balance and healthy daily routine with some fun days here and there.

To be honest, I know too many women who take a very strict diet because they hate to exercise. Therefore, I do not like when people exercise to lose weight. Exercise is for being healthy and should be done by everyone! Not to lose weight but to be healthy!

Drink a lot of water

Not many think about water when thinking of how to look beautiful naturally. Water helps a lot to your well-being, skin condition, hair, and body. I used to not drink water at all but when I moved to Spain, they drink water non-stop. That is how I started this healthy habit to drink water a lot and now I do not even see it as mission impossible. Drinking water to me now is something natural. I would suggest drinking a glass before breakfast, and with every meal. My skin is looking much better than it used to years ago.

If drinking water is something difficult for you, maybe you do not like the taste? Add any fruit or vegetable to the water to add extra flavor. I like to add cucumber, lemon, or grapefruit! However, do not drink carbonated water. Carbonated water gives your body extra gases that are not necessary.

Have a quality sleep

Another way how to look beautiful naturally is to have enough quality sleep. Why I am saying quality sleep? Because you may sleep for 8 hours but wake up every hour or have a very fragile sleep. It is very important to sleep well, have a dark room, and a quiet environment! For a night of good sleep, I would suggest drinking some calming tea before sleep and read some good books! Get your beauty sleep!

Activities and working out

I love to start my day with good activities. Not always I have enough motivation but I know that after exercises I will have the boost of motivation to work hard. Very important is to choose an activity that makes you happy. Either it would be Zumba, yoga, gym, jogging, or anything else.

If you are a beginner I would suggest to try out different activities and then choose the one that makes you happy and motivated to get up in the morning. At the same time, change them up to not get bored easily. I like to mix dancing/ Zumba with exercises, jogging, and cycling. As a result, activities not only burn fat but also make your cheeks rosy and your skin dewy.

Fresh air

Fresh air is so important for the body and respiratory system. Many countries can be happy to have better air quality than others. If you live near the sea or forest, would suggest having a small walk every day! Nature and fresh air will free you from negative thoughts and fulfill you with energy and oxygen.

Good skin care is a key to how to look beautiful naturally. I am very lazy when it comes to skincare but therefore I make sure to have one pamper day a week. In that way, I am sure I take care of my skin at least one day a week (and then a few more usually with fewer products and time spent). However, my skin looks very pumped up and like a newborn after these days.

People tend to forget about nourishing and caring about their lips. You do not need expensive lipsticks to make them pop. To be honest, I would rather suggest a nice, soft lip scrub and natural lip balm. I like to buy lip balms in pharmacies than from makeup companies. Pharmacy or in general medical lip balms are more trustworthy.

Sunscreen is very important

I used to think sunscreen is only for times when we go sunbathing. Many people think that way but it is not true. Our skin is so fragile and the sun is a very stressful factor for the skin. Especially if you live in countries with high temperatures like California or Spain, then I would suggest applying sunscreen every time you go out.

Not only sunscreen will help your body to not get skin cancer. It is also going to avoid ageing and make your skin look younger!

Less stress

How to look beautiful naturally? How to avoid stress?

How to be beautiful naturally? Stressless, easy! I do not see any problems with this one! Joking obviously because I have had some good stress time last year and therefore my skin condition and hair was not in the best space!

Meditating, yoga or just reading good books to learn how to manage your thoughts and emotions is going to help. Try to focus on positive thoughts in your life rather than negative things happening. Focus on solution, if there is none, then no reason to stress about it.

Hair is key!

Hair is the most important factor to feel and look great. Remember that great feeling when you leave the hair salon? The feeling of very high self-esteem, like you, could conquer the world right now. Exactly. Hair is the most important crown of a woman. Therefore, take good care of it.

I do not appreciate enough how important is for the hair look great. None makeup is going to help if hair will look like a hair of a witch.

Smile is always pretty on everyone. Yes, it is important to have a beautiful smile with great teeth. However, I have seen smiles on faces with not the best teeth and I do not care. The most important thing is for the person to feel good and happy about themselves. I am the unlucky person of having horrible teeth but I am not going to let people stop me smile because of it.

Well-fitting clothes

To look great in your clothes, they do not need to be expensive and from luxurious brands. The only rule that applies is that your outfit must be clean, put together, and have your style. By the way, you must feel good and comfortable in them as well!

Good posture

Good posture is more important than you thought. How to look beautiful naturally

This sounds like my grandfather who would clap on the back if we had a bad posture. However, he had a reason. Good posture always makes a person look taller, fitter, and I would even say more successful! Business ladies usually have a good posture, chest outside, and chin up in the sky.

Do what makes you happy!

Last but not least, do what makes you happy! When a person is happy with what he does, with his job and life, his eyes sparkle, skin glows and a smile comes naturally every day. Therefore, be happy!
