I do not know about you, but the whole life, I am balancing between looking cute during winter and feeling warm during the cold months. Over the last years, I have found some perfect solutions that keep me warm and toasty (I am still learning, though). Therefore, Ladies and gentlemen (drum roll), welcome the new blog article How to dress cute for the winter weather!

TURTLE NECKS AND HIGH NECKS
My obsession with turtle necks I discovered a few years ago. I always thought that high neck tops make me look shorter, fatter, and not flattering at all. However, it is quite the opposite. A good quality turtle neck makes you look classy, sassier, and will help you hide your double chin. Last but not least, turtle necks will always keep your neck very warm and protected from the wind!
TIPS! Add some beautiful jewelry on top of the turtle neck to give a V- cut illusion making your chest and shoulder part more flattering. If the weather is terrible, pair the turtle neck sweater with a pullover hoodie over it or a lovely dress! Dress cute for winter wearing turtle necks and stay warm at the same time.
LONG KNEE HIGH SOCKS
Extended knee-high socks are a beautiful accessory that you can wear underneath the knee-high boots. The socks will keep your legs very warm if you want to wear dresses and a skirt.
TIPS! Choose socks with a lace edge that sticks out of your boot, and it will give your look the finishing touch! Pair the color of socks with the color of boots (at least similar tones). However, white socks would look great with brown boots too.
LONG BOOTS

As we have knee-high socks, we also need some tall boots in our winter wardrobe. If you are living in freezing weather, choose the boots with faux fur or warm inside. However, you can also add long socks to keep your legs warm.
Tall boots are incredibly excellent for women that love to wear dresses and skirt in wintertime.

THICK TIGHTS OR LEGGINGS
How to dress cute for the winter weather? Always keep good quality, warming accessories in your winter wardrobe. I am talking about a pair of good black leggings and some tights. You will need them for days when you want to feel toasty but wear your favourite dress or skirt.

BLANKET OR KNITTED SCARVES
Cozy and warm knitted scarves. Lately, I have loved the square, oversized blanket scarves. The reason is that I can use them as I want- on my legs in a restaurant or around my shoulders if I get freezing.
For me, an essential part of winter is to have warm feet and a neck area. I can get cold very fast in the wintertime, so I need to remember to keep myself warm and toasty.
TIPS! Buy a soft and warm scarf in a classy neutral tone, and you can wear it with everything!

KNITTED and WARM BEANIE
Recently I bought the best winter hat I have ever had. The knitted beanie with a pompom that I purchased has very soft and warm inside. Therefore my head feels warm, soft, and protected when wearing the hat!
TIPS. Choose the hat or beanie with a double layer (so it is not only the knitted part but soft and fuzzy inside).
LAYERS
Learn to layer your clothes, and you are going to be a fashion queen that also feels cozy in winter. I am still learning, but I have some skills that I did not have before. It is trendy to have checked vests, with a white, long blouse or shirt underneath, paired with long boots and some long coats! The trend gives me either Emily in Paris vibes or Gossip girl vibes.
Tips: Layer trends are significant to wear your boring blouse or favourite dress but make it chic while warm! Dress cute for winter with layers!
TEDDY BEAR COATS or PUFFER JACKETS
My next coat on the wishlist is a teddy bear coat. I think the coat trend is perfect for our actual situation- cozy and warm and goes with everything, even joggers or pyjamas!
