We are out and about!
Glam and Coffee diaries are here again! There are so many updates and information for this week but before I get into that I want to thank you all that subscribe to my Youtube channel, that follows my daily life on Instagram and that read my blog- you are the real gold and without you I would not have that motivation and inspiration to keep going, to grow, learn and better myself. There are so many things in the background that I am working on that you guys do not even see and notice- but trust me, it is not just writing a blog article and calling a day! I have many plans on my blog, Youtube, and freebies for you as well! Any recommendations highly appreciated.

LIFE UPDATE
Today is the second time that I have been out this weekend- it feels so much better than I expected! So since Saturday (yesterday), we can have a walk and do sports while following the rules. Kids can go out during the day from 12-19.00 but adults can have a walk or do sports individually in the mornings between 6.00-10.00 or evenings between 20.00-23.00! It is funny the difference between people and countries.
In Latvia, it makes me sad seeing people attacking police who are just doing their work to keep not so smart people in distance. On the other hand, in Spain, many sports clubs already told their members: if we see you or hear about your training in groups, you will be kicked out of the club without questions asked! In the comment sections, doctors, police, and everyone following the rules get huge support and the best words.
In Latvia, actual criminals who do not want to follow the rules blame everything on police and other people. Sometimes we forget that policemen are humans too who have kids at home, wives, and maybe even sick parents (seniors). Where is the respect? Maybe sometimes when you talk about how bad the country is you should look at yourself? Because you are part of the country, part of the land and you are the boss. Shi*ty boss, shi*ty company.
FASHION
What would be Glam and Coffee diaries without fashion? I am into fashion and style lately so
This week, as I was filming how to style black leggings video, I had to change my clothing up a lot as well and that put me in such a style mood! I just want to check on style pages every single day, I go on Pinterest, check on Shein (my wish list is bigger I will ever be able to afford, haha). The video went a little viral and is more popular than my other videos, I am very happy about that! If you want, you can see How I style my black leggings video HERE.
BEAUTY
Finally some beauty news on my Glam and Coffee diaries as well. Bunny chose my makeup this week! Sounds funny right? Again one Youtube video idea that I have had for ages and I finally made it a reality! I knew it will not be easy but I did not know that she will not want to work with me at all and that she is so camera shy as she was! I was not expecting it! But I created pretty rose gold makeup look and it felt great to have a pretty makeup look again! My skin has been so clean from makeup for the whole month!

Planning to do some GRWM video tomorrow, so there can be some more beauty and makeup incorporated in the next upcoming days- stay tuned on my Youtube channel!
SPORTS
On Saturday I did not feel like running, therefore I just went for a walk and it felt great! Even if following the rules it can be only 1km distance from my home but still. Today was a new day and new motivation. We woke up by the alarm at 7.30 am. I decided not to have breakfast but firstly do our sports session. My boyfriend had a good cycling trip while I went jogging. I will be honest, I was a bit nervous because after such a long time you do not know what to expect. I thought- if I run 2-3km I am happy already!
Planning my run
Planned my route according to the rules (we are prohibited to leave our village). Then I started running and after doing 1km I noticed that my legs are stronger because of the hardcore online exercise sessions I have done the past month- it made me happy! In general, I did not feel as weak as I expected myself to be. I made myself not look into my Garmin Forerunner watch and not pay attention to time and rhythm because today it was not about that.
Today it was about moving my body, get myself back into the routine, and just spend a good time! I ended up doing 4km run and 1km walk home. I felt very proud of myself and uplifting, but also very tired! Not used to so much fresh air and activities! If we talk about the speed, well, let’s not talk about it because that was not too good, haha.
I am curious about how it will be with cycling- I feel that it is going to be much more difficult! Firstly, I need to carry my bike down the stairs that I have in my building, then anywhere you go some roads go upwards, like when crossing the highways, etc. It will be a tough call but I want to have some nice trip on my Kross Lea next week. I also would have never expected that my wish list for workout clothes is going to be so big and that I would be so excited about activewear! Yet, here I am! Life changes in directions you never expect!
COOKING
Last year I have tried to discover new, easy, and healthy recipes to motivate me to eat healthier and better! Many times I had problems with salads I made- they just did not end up as good and tasty as I would have wanted them to be! But a not long time ago I discovered the tastiest lettuce that is out there- Iceberg lettuce! And not only- the best home-made dressing that goes with any salads! Tried with Caesar salads and salads with pork meat and just veggie salads. I am planning to buy some shrimps because I know that the dressing will taste great with some shrimps. I decided to share the recipe with you- super easy!
Salads dressing!
What you will need is Dijon mustard, honey, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and oil! I mix everything together and the quantity depends on if you want it to be stronger, sweeter or more watery, and so on! You can add even more or different spices if you want to!
Mug cake recipe (chocolate and banana).
This week I also discovered new mug cake chocolate which again- is very easy and so tasty if you crave something sweet and some chocolate but at the same time a little healthier! What I did is put some banana in a mug, add one egg, 3 tablespoons of cacao powder and some tablespoon of honey (for sweetness), mix it all together as good as possible, and put it in the microwave oven. I wait until it raises up and that is when I know it is done! I eat this many times as my breakfast or when I crave some chocolate.
