What are the fashion items worth the money? Another fashion/ budget and style post. I understood that as I am in this position that I have a very limited budget. However, I love fashion and beauty, that I could write more about financial and budget advices to help you out if you are in the same situation.
At the same time, I want to let you remember that this is only my opinion and yours can be different. The fashion and financial world are so different and what can work for me, may not work for you. Therefore I always invite my readers to let me know in the comments down below what they agree or disagree with.
Talking about the following post, these are the pieces that, I think, asks for better quality and more expenses for you to look more put together, stylish and luxurious. It can be different for you though! Let’s jump into the fashion world?
Also, not always means you need to spend a lot of money! These items are just important to have that stylish, professional and quality look. Many times I have gotten these items on sale for a very good price! Just make sure they look luxurious and long-lasting! So- which are the fashion items worth the money?
Daily fashion bag
That one special bag that you use daily when you go to work or go shopping and do any other daily errands! That bag should have very good quality to hold on for a long time, but also should show other people who you are, what you like and the strength and professional spirit that have inside you!
For all of these reasons listed below, I believe that a daily bag must be from a good brand and ask for attention. No one will notice if you wear an H&M blouse and pants, or if you wear Selfridges clothes but they will notice if you wear a Guess or Michael Kors bag! I have had various Guess bags and I have a Kate Spade black bag which I have worn so much and the stripes are a little worn out but everything else is just as brand new.
Good pair of jeans
A good pair of jeans is always a fashion item worth money for! I am all about skinny jeans. I think they always look good on everyone and can be dressed up or down easily (but whatever jeans work for you). Jeans work for every occasion: job, lunch date, shopping time, wear heals and top and go out with friends, travels, etc. The only time jeans are not okay? Funeral and wedding.
If you do not know where to shop or find a good pair of jeans, I would suggest looking at Zara, Vila, Vero Moda, Levis Strauss, Diesel, or Asos. I have never shopped on Asos but I have always wanted to. Asos have plenty of choices for all types of bodies (so you will find yours for sure).
I have even regretted not buying two the same pair of jeans when I liked them a lot. They are so difficult to find especially when you have a specific type of body. No matter if you are very tall, oversize, very skinny, big booty, or very short (as I am), these body differences make it difficult to find very good fitting jeans!
Footwear
Good quality footwear is very important! You will notice that in 10 or 30 years! If you will use bad quality footwear, your feet can deform and have a pain in your feet and legs when you are older! It is very important to have the highest quality footwear especially the ones you use everyday.
I always try to buy myself the best quality winter boots. Usually, I have only 1-2 pairs of winter boots, therefore I want to make sure they are pretty, warm, and durable. For summer and spring times, I make sure I buy some cute sneakers. My favorites are my Adidas Superstars or Converse that I am obsessed with). I will be honest that I do not intend to spend as much money on sandals. I like to have many types of sandals, therefore I spend less money on them and also in my experience they can break very fast no matter what money you spend on them.
To get good quality high heels or sandals, I lately go search them in outlets and small local stores. Outlets often have good discounts and that way you can get different brand shoes for a good price- 15-50 EUR.
My favourite sneakers brands are: Converse, Adidas, Nike and Fila.
My favourite high-heel brands are: Zign, Michael Kors, Tamaris, Peter Kaiser.
Outwear
You see and meet more people on the streets than in your work or school (except if you work with a bunch of people). That is why we want to make sure to give a stylish and luxurious vibe even if it rains or snows. To do that we need to pay attention to what kind of outwear (coats, trenches, jackets) we buy.
I have a very cute and flattering Vila clothing coat. Like many other clothing items, I got it in the outlet that I worked for!
I also make sure that I have a good leather jacket in my closet for all time. My leather jacket before was a real leather jacket worth 100 EUR. It got stolen in France. Then I bought a faux leather jacket in Pimkie, and it lasted me for 5 years. Only last year I bought a new one (from Pimkie as well). It is my favorite store now for leather jackets because I know they last a long time.
This winter I wanted some jacket for daily, casual use for when I run to do my errands or travel. Therefore I went to another outlet when they had good discounts, and got myself the antique colored Vero Moda feather filled jacket.
Bra
This is actually what I never thought I would add to these kinds of blog articles but thinking good about this I understood how important it is! (especially if you have bigger size, blink… blink).
You will never buy a very good bra in China market or supermarkets. Your breasts deserve to look good and feel good. Good bra makes a big difference in how you feel How feels your back and also how your body and breasts look like in your clothes!
Therefore, in my opinion, every woman needs to have at least four very good quality daily bras- white, nude, black and red. Why red? Red for special days, nights and to feel even more beautiful! Any other type and colors are for everyones preference and need.
Lately I have bought good bras in Woman’s secret, New Yorker and C&M.
Black dress
Girl, a little black dress has hurt nobody! Except if only some broken hearts! I do not think that the black dress will get out of fashion any time soon. For that reason, I have in my closet a daily black dress for winter. One for warmer weather, then I have summer going out dress and winter going out dress.
I used to be ashamed to have so many “boring” black items. I have learned that you need to find what looks great on you, what is your style and then stick to it! That way you will have and know a few items to choose when you are not sure of what to wear but want to look good! A black dress is the one you need and you need to have it in good quality and fitting you well.

My daily and simple black dresses I got from Stradivarius and Zara (I know that these are affordable brands, more or less, but the quality is very good). And the going out dresses I got in outlets from brands that are not very well known but looks very good on me.
Sunglasses
One of the fashion items worth the money are sunglasses for sure! A good pair of luxurious pair is going to last you a long time! If you want to give a more luxurious and high-end vibe with your outfit, then sunglasses are the way to go! People notice branded sunglasses and good accessories make a difference. And again, sunglasses are the ones you use often and a lot- therefore the money pays off!
