I have written many Christmas gift guides over the last years, but I have never written eco-friendly gift ideas! We have come to the moment that we need to think about our decisions and planet, our home. Last year I have bought more plastic-free products and started with a small changed in my lifestyle. By changing your plastic straws and shopping bags, you can make such a significant change in this world. Do not forget that all of these gifts are great stocking fillers as well!

Year 2020 has been one of the worst year when we talk about plastic. I bet it is because many silly people and stores wrap fruits individually in plastic, as well as one-use masks. However, I have a lot of beautiful designs for you.

Reusable water bottles are the most useful eco-friendly products I have and can imagine. I use metal water bottles not only when I hike and travel, but I also keep them next to me at home. Most eco-friendly water bottles can also be used for hot coffee and tea and can hold up the temperature, either cold or hot.
Plastic-free Ocean bottle
One of the small businesses I discovered this year is the Ocean bottle. Ocean bottle makes their bottles from all the plastic they pull out of oceans. The company has already cleaned oceans from thousand of kilometers of plastic.

COFFEE TUMBLERS
Coffee tumblers are my discovery that I use for so many things! I always saw coffee tumblers made for people that are always running, going to the office, have no time for breakfast at home, and so on. However, did you know that many cafeterias discount coffee if you come with your cup, aka tumbler? You can also use your tumbler at home if you like to slowly drink your coffee (like I do) and do not enjoy it when it cools down!

Solid shampoo is not for everyone and not as popular as bar soaps. However, using shampoo bars instead of big plastic bottles helps save the planet. If you have eco-friendly friends, they will be happy to stock up on some solid shampoos.
My favorite solid shampoos are Garnier and Lush, but this one I found on Amazon are great because they come with a tin.
