That means a fashion capsule wardrobe that would look especially good and flattering on any Petite! Therefore, I decided to go for a spring wardrobe this time to narrow it down, but if you are interested, let me know in the comments and follow my blog, and I will do one for each season!

What is a capsule wardrobe?
A capsule wardrobe is the mix of clothing essentials and basics (around 20-30), that you can mix-match with each other creating a lot of different outfits! The idea of a capsule wardrobe is to be conscious of your purchases, do not get lost in between trends and fast fashion while still looking stylish and beautiful!
Capsule wardrobe for Petites
Petite tops and blouses
Turtle neck
The turtle neck is my new favorite for winter and spring when the weather is still cold. It has an elegant and sophisticated look! Turtle neck or high neck top can be styled up or down with jeans, a skirt, or anything else.
Bodysuit
Firstly, bodysuits give an outfit a very clean and luxurious look! What I love about is, that you can wear it without a bra and feel comfortable. Lastly, I would suggest getting a nude and black bodysuit.
Basic t-shirts in black, white, and neutral
Even though bodysuits are great, I would still have a pair of basic T-shirts in the collection. T-shirts are great for having a more casual look and laid-back look.
Bottoms for Petite women
High waist Cropped jeans
High-waisted cropped jeans are on my wishlist. Jeans like that lengthen legs visually and look especially flattering with pointed-toe heels or flats.
Beige trousers
It is very trendy to have classy trousers but styled with casual tops or crop tops. Therefore, I suggest having beige trousers to create monochromatic looks with bodies or t-shirts and blazers.
Leather leggings
Leggings in leather are another fashion essential that is crucial for me for any season! Leather leggings can be styled up in many different ways, and therefore is so important to have. Spanx leggings are known to be one of the best in the category.
Jackets and coats for Petites
Blazer
Who does not love a good blazer? A blazer can be styled for working days or with jeans for a more casual outfit. A good blazer goes great even with leather leggings. Lastly, blazer with 2/3 sleeves will look even more flattering!
Leather jacket
I cannot imagine a capsule wardrobe for Petites without a good leather jacket. A leather jacket is great for jeans, as well as to style with spring dresses.
Skirt and dresses
Midi skirt with a slit
My must-have for a capsule wardrobe for Petites. Midi skirt looks super flattering on a petite woman. However, choose one with a slit to make your legs look longer! I have a midi skirt with a slit from Stradivarius, and I style It up and down for many different needs! Lastly, for summer get midi skirt with vertical lines, nautical elements are in style!
Maxi dress with a slit
During the springtime, we need some nice dresses for a feminine outfit. Another time I would suggest having a slit or maybe a button-up to unbutton and give a more flattering look. In my opinion, Petites can disappear in maxi dresses, and therefore a slit is a must-have!
Footwear
Pointed toe high heels
For petite women, I suggest everything to be pointed out too! Pointed-toe heels look amazing with cropped jeans and a blazer. However, if I see a beautiful pair of shoes that is round-pointed, I will not reject it.
Pointed toe flats
However, not everyone can walk in heels every single day. Therefore for spring, it is great to have a pair of simple flats to run around the town and do errands!
Pointed toe booties
Last but not least, I needed to add booties as well! Spring can still be a little cold for heels or flats, therefore it is better to have a pair of booties.
These were all the basics of a capsule wardrobe for Petites- in my opinion! Would you add anything else? I would add a lot more items from a “normal” capsule wardrobe.
