Is it Okay for Petites to wear a maxi dress?
I found the question on the internet and thought this is a perfect way to start the blog post. The answer is, of course, yes, obviously, no doubt! However, it is the hardest to find a good maxi dress that fits a petite woman! I struggle all the time and, therefore, barely wear any maxi dress. However, I will soon go to the wedding, so I need to shop for maxi dresses even if I do not want to. I am going to include a few maxi dress options in the blog post as well!
A tip from me would be to find a maxi dress with a V-neck line and split on the side. We-Petites- are already short, and the split will visually lengthen our legs.

Maxi beach dress
The prettiest white V-neck line maxi dress from Asos. Beautiful knot detail on straps. The dress even has a flattering slit on the side that visually lengthens your legs. The dress is the same as the mini dress I mentioned before, but only as a maxi dress.
Maxi wedding guest dress
Firstly, I know that normally you are not allowed to wear white at a wedding. However, there are a few where you can, or maybe these can serve you as your wedding dress? Also, wedding guest dress just means more formal dress, it can be worn for any other special occasion!
The petite bridesmaid satin dress is in a blush tone (not completely white).
Office classy dress

I am recently shopping from YesStyle, and their quality and fit surprise me every time. My suggestion would be to look at their size chart on each item as well as reviews. However, some of the items have had such a great fit that their items are my favorite summer pieces! Somehow it was not easy to find a satin dress for Petites. However, I found a sleek and elegant satin dress on Nasty Gal (selling out, so be quick). However, if this is not for you, I have been posting a lot of satin dress options on my LTK profile. I think regular satin dresses if they are not maxi or midi, will fit petite very well!
Ruffle dress
Boohoo has the cutest feminine summer dresses. When we are talking about ruffle dresses the question is- where do you want your ruffles to be? Do you like ruffles on the shoulders, chest part, or maybe more on the skirt part? I have noticed that a small ruffle on the skirt (or a big ruffle can add a nice touch to the dress. Therefore, I present you the bodycon mini dress with a slight ruffle on the skirt part of the dress from Boohoo.
Puff sleeve dress
I found the most feminine puff sleeve, button-up dress. The white dress has a heart neckline that I am a fan of during summertime. The Puff sleeve dress is from Boohoo, once again!

Shirtdress
The woven ruffle-angel-sleeve shirt dress looks classy but flowy. I found the dress very cute and girly. Usually, shirt dresses look very feminine but if you want a mix of both then you will like the dress with beautiful angel sleeves from Boohoo.
I wanted to give another, more masculine type of shirt dress from Asos. The dress is cotton material and not bad for the price!
T-shirt dress
Leopard lip print T-shirt dress from Boohoo. A few cute T-shirt dress options available on Boohoo! And in general, Boohoo has a great range of fashion for Petites. The T-shirt dress looked simple, yet I loved the lips design on it!
Corset dress
I did not have the corset dress category on my list. However, when I saw the cutest, flirty mini-dress on YesStyle, I knew I must include the dress. Another reason is that the corset type of fashion on the page has fabulous quality! Let’s take the risk and include the beautiful white tie-up corset dress with skater designed skirt!
